At the end of the project, the database and Spatial Data Infrastructure will be redesigned into a tool for heritage management. This will be made accessible to planners, heritage policymakers and archaeologists working for the state archaeological service of Greece. In this way the project will make a considerable contribution to the preservation and protection of the archaeological sites in the study area.
